Vendor Approval
New applications submitted via your public vendor page appear here. Click a stall name to expand the full application — including their description, requested markets, photos, and contact email. Tick one or more vendors using the checkboxes, then use Approve to accept (you'll choose which markets they may attend) or Remove to decline. Refresh pulls in any new submissions since the page loaded. Export CSV downloads the current list as a spreadsheet.

Your confirmed vendor roster with live payment tracking. Click a stall name to expand their per-market fee breakdown. The ⋮ menu on each row lets you: add the vendor to an additional market, credit their fee to a different market (moves them and carries over their payment status), manually update payment status (PayFast / Yoco / cash / EFT / outstanding), send that vendor an individual payment reminder email, or permanently remove them. ✉ Send reminders emails all vendors with outstanding balances at once. Use the status dropdown to filter by paid or outstanding.

Markets
Create and manage your market events. + New market lets you configure a market name, dates, stall types & pricing, max capacity, description, and a banner image. Each market card shows your current stall fill rate. View dashboard opens that market's individual stats, approved vendor list, waitlist, and notes. Edit updates the market details. Duplicate copies the market as a starting point for a new one. Publish / Unpublish controls whether the market is visible on your public vendor page — only published markets appear to applicants. Delete permanently removes the market. To share your vendor page, go to ☰ Settings → Copy vendor page link.
Vendors cannot apply after this date. Leave blank for no deadline.

Form Builder
Add custom questions to your vendor application form. Vendors will see these fields when they apply. Responses appear in the expanded vendor row on the Vendor Approval page. Field types: Short text, Long text, Single choice (radio), Multiple choice (checkboxes), Dropdown. Mark fields as required to prevent submission without an answer.

Configure your PayFast integration and bank details used for vendor payment links and EFT payments
PayFast
Vendors receive a PayFast payment link in their approval email. Money goes directly into your PayFast account.

If filled in, vendors will also see your banking details in payment reminder emails as an alternative to PayFast.
Email templates
Customise the opening message of your vendor emails. Payment details (PayFast links, EFT info) are added automatically below your text.
Sent when you approve a vendor. Your text appears after "Hi {name}," and before the market name and payment details.
Sent when you send a payment reminder. Your text appears after "Hi {name}," and before the outstanding fees table.
Blocked vendors
Vendors with a blocked email address will be silently prevented from appearing in your approval queue. They won't know they're blocked.
